I’m genuinely serious when I say that this is literally the greatest sauce/condiment/marinade I’ve ever had. Iain is an absolute legend and Arjen is extremely responsive over email. It’s great on pork, chicken, tofu, vegetables, noodles, etc etc etc. You could put this stuff on an old shoe and it’d be great. We had a bit of a shipping snafu but I don’t even care, it’s so worth the wait that I would recommend this product even if they called my mom some nasty words. It’s that good. Please, please, please order it. You’re doing yourself a favor and supporting a small business.
